AI Processing Disclosure
Important: The Service uses third-party artificial intelligence providers, specifically OpenAI’s API services, to analyze your message submissions. When you submit a message for analysis:
- Your message content is transmitted to OpenAI’s API for processing.
- OpenAI processes this data in accordance with their API data usage policies, which state that API inputs and outputs are not used to train their models.
- We do not store your message content on OpenAI’s servers beyond the duration required to complete the analysis.
- The AI-generated analysis and responses are stored in our database as part of your conversation thread history.
- Profile context you provide (role, industry, communication style) may be included in AI processing requests to improve the relevance of analysis.
How We Share Information
Our key service providers include AI processing providers (OpenAI), cloud database and authentication providers, subscription management providers, product analytics providers, and Apple for authentication and payment processing. We require all service providers to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
We reserve the right to disclose your Personal Information if required by law or to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Data Storage and Retention
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers. We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Message content and analysis history are stored as part of your thread history. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where required for legal or regulatory purposes.
